A hit-and-run collision seriously injured a 38-year-old Keystone Heights woman walking on State Road 100 on Saturday night.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, the woman was walking in the westbound lane of SR 100 (E. Walker Drive) at SE Lakeview Drive in Keystone Heights when an unknown vehicle struck her and left the scene.
Emergency responders transported the woman to UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville with serious injuries.
FHP is asking anyone with information about the collision to call 904-695-4000.
