According to an Alachua County Fire Rescue (ACFR) release, units from ACFR and Gainesville Fire Rescue responded to a collision with entrapment at the 7400 block of W. Newberry Road on Sunday at 8:43 a.m. The SUV was struck and landed on its side with the occupant still inside.
Crews extricated the victim, who sustained minor injuries, from the vehicle.
