The Gainesville Community Band invites you to an afternoon of music and cinematic nostalgia with “The Charlie Dean and Bill Dishman Memorial Trumpet Concert: A Night at the Movies” on Sunday.

The concert begins at 3 p.m. in the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall (3000 NW 83rd St.) in Gainesville. Admission is a $5 donation at the door.

Experience an enchanting musical journey as the band performs iconic selections from “Wicked,” “James Bond,” “The Sound of Music,” “Annie” and “Mary Poppins.”
