The UF Hilton Conference Center will host The 2025 Education Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating the achievements in Alachua County’s schools, on Feb. 21.
The Education Foundation of Alachua County event will run from 6 to 9 p.m. at 1714 SW 34th St. in Gainesville.
This year’s theme, “A Night Among the Stars,” is inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s “Starry Night” and the gala will honor the students, teachers and programs that impact education in Alachua County.
The evening begins with a Happy Hour Extravaganza from 6 to 7 p.m. and will feature student performers, hors d’oeuvres and drinks. From 7 to 9 p.m., guests will enjoy a seated dinner and live entertainment from talented Alachua County Public Schools students.
Proceeds from The Education Gala will support essential programs for students and teachers. Funds will contribute to the Take Stock in Children mentoring program for at-risk youth, Catalyst for Change Teacher Grants to foster classroom innovation, and Senior Scholarships that help students achieve their college dreams.
Tickets are $150 and can be purchased by clicking here.
