Easton Archery Center to host World Youth Championships Trials, Gator Cup

The Easton Newberry Archery Center will host the 2025 World Archery Youth Championships Trials on Wednesday, April 23, and the Easton Foundation’s Gator Cup on Friday through Sunday, April 25-27.

The World Archery Youth Championships and Junior Pan Am Games U.S. Team Trials start at 8 a.m. as archers representing the U.S. will shoot a 72-arrow qualification round. The Top eight will move on to round robin matches in the afternoon.

The teams representing the U.S. will then be selected and will travel to the Youth Pan American Games and the World Archery Youth Championships.

On Friday, the Easton Foundation’s Gator Cup will kick off its three-day event as nearly 700 archers from around the country will compete in this USA Archery Team selection event.

All Paris archery Olympians will be on hand, including five-time medalist Brady Ellison and bronze medalist Casey Kaufhold.

The Easton Newberry Archery Center is located at 24880 NW 16th Ave. in Newberry.
