Dream on Purpose will host its ninth annual “Dine with DOP” on Saturday at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Gainesville.
The semi-formal event will start at 6 p.m. at 3877 SW 37th Blvd. and celebrates nine years of empowering young women to achieve their dreams with the theme “Teamwork Makes the DREAM Work,” highlighting the power of collaboration.
The evening will feature a keynote address by Angela Howard, President and CEO of the North Central Florida YMCA, and inspiring stories like that of DOP graduate Jamia Hunt, who credits the program with shaping her into a confident leader and aspiring architect.
Admission ranges from $25-$50 and includes dinner, an inspiring program and a small gift.
