Elder Options is seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time, professional position in the Division of Contract Management. The Division of Contract Management provides oversight of state and federally funded aging programs throughout Elder Options’ 16 county service area.
The position is part of a team responsible for programmatic oversight of grant-funded subcontractors that provide home and community-based services. Primary job duties include grant application review, quality assurance monitoring, training, provision of technical assistance, and data accuracy activities. Annual monitoring includes reviewing subcontractor’s client complaint and satisfaction documentation, client records, data accuracy reports, and other required documentation to assure compliance with state and federal requirements.
Excellent communication skills, technical writing, and computer literacy required. Candidates must be self-directed, organized, and have the ability to prioritize work effectively. Human service and/or aging network experience is a plus.
The position requires occasional travel within the 16 county service area with mileage reimbursement.
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ADA/EOE. Level 2 background screening required.
