
UF Health will be hosting seminars on venous insufficiency and the link between nutrition and cancer on Wednesday, June 21.
The talks will be held at the Hilton UF Conference Center (1714 SW 34 St) from 1:30-4 p.m.
The first talk will take place from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and will be on venous insufficiency and how to take steps toward healthier legs and the leading treatments and techniques to treat the condition.
The second talk, running from 3-4 p.m., will be on the link between nutrition and cancer, and how certain foods and nutrients can affect cancer risk and treatment. The talk will give tips and strategies for healthy eating habits.
