For the last several weeks, your High Springs City Hall has been attempting to balance the health and safety of city staff while still delivering the superior customer service you have come to expect. Beginning next week, the first two phases of our three phase plan will begin.
Phase One: For the week of May 26th, live operators will be available weekdays from 8AM-noon to answer any questions by phone at 386-454-1416. Calls outside of that time will be answered by voicemail, and a member of staff will promptly return your call.
Phase Two: Beginning the week of June 1st and until such a time that the City Manager deems, City Hall will be open from 8AM-4PM by appointment only. These appointments are for new accounts, closing or transferring an account and tag related transactions only. To pay your bill continue using the City drop box or paying on line.
The number one priority of your High Springs officials is SAFETY. The safety of you, and your loved ones, and the safety of our staff. The past several weeks have been a challenge for us all. Your city staff has attempted to adapt as efficiently as possible, and appreciates your patience. We hope this new multi-phase plan will help us all return to normal.
