The Williston Police Department arrested Robert Head, 58, early Friday morning, charging him with premeditated murder for setting fire to an occupied building.
Cited as domestic violence, the incident occurred off SE 4th Avenue and left one person dead. WCJB reported that the victim was Head’s wife, Genevether Head.
Head is also charged with first degree arson with people present.
