The systemic problem here is that people are being programmed to believe that following one’s gut or intuition; can be dangerous. Therefore; it is easier to allow someone walking behind you in a dorm facility to come in; rather than ask them if they live there or has a student ID. The other problem here is that city officials have bowed down to agitators and hostile protestors and placed their concerns above the voices of contributing members of society. You [as a cop or security officer] are stripped of asking someone to remove their hoody or face mask because of the fear of being labeled a racist or something of this nature. *Tip: if it looks like trouble; it usually is!
