
Butler Town Center announced that the eyewear brand Warby Parker will open its first Gainesville location on Saturday, Sept. 2.
The store will celebrate the grand opening with Hyppo ice pops and gifts with purchases while supplies last.
The store will be located near REI and Ford’s Garage, Butler Town Center reported in early August.
Warby Parker offers a one-stop shop for all vision needs at an affordable rate, according to a company press release. The store sells sun and optical eyewear, daily contact lenses from Scout by Warby Parker and other third-party brand contacts.
The store will also have in-store eye exams to help customers find the best optical lens to suit their needs.
The company partnered with Florida native, Jamiel Law, to design the custom store murals inspired by Gainesville to provide a more welcoming and localized experience.
The Gainesville location will be Warby Parker’s 14th store in Florida. Previously, the closest locations were in Jacksonville and Orlando.
Store hours for Warby Parker’s Butler location will be as follows:
