We opened our doors for business on December 16th. We are a completely cage-free daycare and boarding business with grooming right on site. We have over 11,000 square feet of indoor and shaded outdoor play space with a splash pond.
We are open from Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 7:00pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm. All daycare and boarding pups must be fixed after 7 months of age, be vaccinated against rabies, bordatella, distemper, parvovirus and canine influenza virus and pass a temperament test.
We are the solution for busy pet parents who cannot stay home (our first responders and health care workers), pet parents who need to work uninterrupted while at home and pet parents who want to stay indoors but who have high energy dogs that need exercise – they can play for a half or whole day!
The AVMA, WHO, and CDC all agree that pups are not susceptible to and cannot transmit COVID-19 https://www.avma.org/resources-tools/animal-health-and-welfare/covid-19. However, we are asking that anyone who is not feeling well or who just doesn’t want to enter our lobby call us at 352-226-8282 so that we can pick your dog up or deliver your dog to you in our parking lot.
We clean a lot anyway at Camp Run-A-Mutt, but we are using an antiviral cleaner approved by the EPA to kill COVID-19 to clean all surfaces between customers. We are offering a 10% first responder and military discount on packages and 20% discount off of your first package purchase.
