Gleaners Dispatch to hold fresh food giveaway at LCPD

Gleaners Dispatch, a Jacksonville-based nonprofit organization dedicated to combating hunger, will host a Fresh Food Giveaway at the Lake City Police Department (LCPD) on Saturday.

The event will start at 10 a.m. and last until supplies run out or at 1 p.m. LCPD is located at 225 NW Main Blvd. in Lake City.

The giveaway is free and open to all, with no income or household size restrictions. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis through a drive-thru-only process.
