The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announced Thursday that it will shift eastbound traffic on NW 39th Avenue (State Road 222) between NW 57th Terrace and NW 53rd Street in Gainesville from Friday, March 14, to Monday, March 17, for pavement operations.

According to an FDOT release, crews will start at 8 p.m. on Friday and, barring weather and unforeseen circumstances, will be finishing at 6:30 a.m. on Monday.

Eastbound traffic will be shifted to the inside lane of the roadway while crews perform pavement repair operations to the outside land and the paved shoulder.
